THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

³Wyatt’s Hideaway has a reservation system to insure campsite availability. By receiving a reservation number your accommodations are guaranteed at Wyatt’s Hideaway for the dates you reserved.

³As in the past, tent sites are chosen on a first come basis, so a  specific tent site, picnic table, or shade tree  will not be guaranteed  even though we do have sufficient shaded areas for the number of campers accepted this year.

³RV sites will be assigned according to size and availability.

³Check-in: 1pm                ³Check-out: 10am

Special Note for Sturgis Rally guests:

³To ensure security during the Rally waterproof wristbands are worn by our guests.

³Dates during the Rally are not transferable. If you arrive later than planned you will not be issued a credit or given an extension of your stay.

³Hot breakfast and Supper are served from Aug. 1st through 9th.

³You may cancel your Rally reservation any time up to May 31, and 80% of your prepayment will be returned to you. After May 31, your reservation is final and non-refundable for any reason. You may however transfer your reservation to another party who is able to attend.
